Cheryl Jinks

The following is an obituary written by Cheryl's loving family.

Cheryl L. Jinks, 69, of Noblesville, IN, passed away on March 9th, 2023. Cheryl was born on March 8th, 1954, in Morgan County and was a Noblesville resident most of her life. She was employed with Indy Lighting for several years as well as Beckman Coulter from which she retired in 2021.

She enjoyed softball, football, bowling, dancing and pretty much any activity that involved being outside. She loved spending time with family and friends. She lived hard and loved harder.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary A. (Kelly) Thompson and her siblings, Jim Thompson, Dick Thompson, Carolyn Wilson, Judy Lucas, and Sandy Johnson.

She is survived by her two sons, Brian (Marla) Jinks of Phoenix, Arizona, Ryan (April) Jinks of Danville, Indiana; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her siblings, Barbara Gayde of Port Charlotte, Florida, Bob Thompson of Vevay, Indiana, and Chuck Thompson of Martinsville, Indiana.

Cheryl’s family will celebrate her life with a private service at a later date.
