Donna Frecker peacefully passed away on October 29, 200. Below is a life story written by her loving family.
Donna Frecker, from Pittsboro, Indiana, was born on February 21, 1932, in Allen County, Indiana, to the late Cletus L. Miller and Agnus C. (Huguenard) Miller Bellinger. She peacefully passed away Saturday, October 29, 2022, at the age of 90, in Brownsburg, Indiana.
She graduated from Woodburn High School in Woodburn, Indiana and married Donald S. Frecker on June 27, 1953. They enjoyed 46 years of marriage before his death in November of 1999.
Donna had a strong faith in God and was a parishioner at St. Malachy Catholic Church in Brownsburg where she volunteered to bake pies, sang at funerals, and served wherever she was needed. She was a tireless homemaker and farmwife most of her life, raising six children. Later in life, she drove a school bus for 10 years for Pike Township in Indianapolis before retiring at age 65. Gardening, sewing, baking (especially banana-nut bread) going to garage sales and sharing pictures were things she thoroughly enjoyed. She had a signature cackling laugh and was kind to everyone she met.
She is preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Sunderland, Velma McClure, and Theresa Dinger; her brothers, Cletus “Junior” Miller and Robert Miller. She is survived by her brother, Ronnie Miller of Michigan and her children, Rebecca (Rod) Isfalt of West Lafayette, IN, Joseph Frecker of Lafayette, IN, Monica (Tony) O’Neil of Lafayette, IN, Timothy (Portia) Frecker of Brownsburg, IN, Dennis (Missy) Frecker of Pittsboro, IN, and Katherine (Brett) Miner of Fishers, IN. She has 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren
Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00pm, Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Eric MD Bell Funeral Home at 220 North Maple Street in Pittsboro, IN. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am Friday, November 4, 2022, at St. Malachy Catholic Church at 9333 E. County Rd. 750 N., Brownsburg IN.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Malachy Catholic Church.
