Gladys M Shaw

Gladys M. Shaw, 85 years, of Pittsboro, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2017.

Born in Cumberland County, Kentucky the daughter of Benton and Stella (Branham) Norris.

Gladys married Zilbert T. Shaw in Edmondton, KY on December 6, 1947. He passed away on August 5, 1985.

Surviving Gladys are sons, David T. Shaw, Jerry A. Shaw and Larry J Shaw (Patricia), a daughter Patricia D. Southard (Roger), 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her father, step father Lawrence Shaw, her mother, 2 brothers William Norris, Kenneth Norris and a daughter-in-law, Juliet Roark Shaw.

Visitation will be Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Pittsboro United Methodist Church with the funeral service at 1:00 pm.

Burial will be in the K of P Cemetery, Lizton, IN.

Those who choose may make a donation to the Pittsboro United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund, the American Diabetes Association, or the Arthritis Foundation.
