Kenneth Ottinger, Jr.

Kenneth Ottinger, Jr. 53 of Danville, Indiana passed away unexpectedly, July 12, 2023 in his home with his family by his side. He was born to Kenneth and Sue Ottinger on October 1, 1969. He is survived by his wife, Suzanne Ottinger and 2 sons Trevor Ottinger (Micah Jones) & Chase Ottinger. His father Kenny Sr and mother Sue Ottinger.

His sister Tammy Ottinger and his brother DJ, Dennis James Ottinger (Jeanette). He was loved, and survived by a large extended family including, two mothers-in-law, a father-in-law, many brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Kenny was an outdoorsman. He was nature oriented and loved camping, fishing & hunting, and gardening. He loved racing anything with a motor whether it should have been raced or not. He loved watching his boys race their dirt bikes and traveling with his family. Kenny was more than just a mechanic; he was a master at hydraulics, heavy equipment, trucks and cars. If it had an engine gas or diesel, Kenny could design it, engineer it, make it, break it, repair it and operate it. If it had an engine, he was the person to call for advice, he was always willing to help and share his knowledge. He was a Blessing to the local farmers and everyone who knew him. Kenny had a very creative sense of humor that made everyone laugh. He will be truly missed by his family and friends alike.

Family and friends will gather at Eric M.D. Bell Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with the service beginning at 1:00 pm.

The family has suggested memorial gifts be made to charity of the donor's choice in Kenny's name.
