Patricia "Tricia" Pendergrast

September 1, 1963 — September 8, 2024

Indianapolis, Indiana

Patricia "Tricia" Pendergrast, 61 of Indianapolis, passed away unexpectedly, September 8, 2024 in her home. The following is an obituary written by her loving family.

Tricia Pendergrast (Wynne) was an extremely loving and nurturing mother, the best Mimi to her four grandchildren, as well as a beautiful daughter. She was the oldest out of five children, brought into this world by Lawrence and Barbara Wynne (Dodson). She leaves behind a son and daughter, Austin and Meghan Wallace; and son-in-law, Jacob Gimbel; as well as a daughter-in-law, Sara Diggs; four beautiful grandchildren, Elijah, Kitti, Johnny, and Maisy, that she was ABSOLUTELY crazy about; her mother, Barbara; and her four siblings, Christina Carlson, Rebecca Floyd, Daniel Wynne, and Michelle Huber. She also leaves behind her loving boyfriend, Johnny Frazee; and her rescue dog, Barley, that she was so crazy about!

She was born in Danville, Indiana on September 1, 1963. She was a hospice nurse, registered LPN, and helped so many people be comfortable at their time to pass into the next life. She loved to read, loved her popcorn, and loved to watch her shows on Netflix while falling asleep…always causing her phone to fall and wake her up.

She had the heart of a saint, and would do anything for anyone. Her laughter filled the room, and she was a bright light in all the darkest places. She was a loving friend, mother, daughter, and sister.

Services will be held at 3pm, Saturday, September 21, 2024 in the Eric MD Bell Funeral Home in Pittsboro, where friends and family will gather from 1pm until the time of the service.

All are encouraged to keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time of loss.
