Rick Alexander

Rick Alexander, 59 of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away July 8, 2022, after a lengthy and valiant battle with kidney disease. He was a lifelong, proud Hoosier, born and raised in Indianapolis. He graduated in 1981 from Northwest High School where he ran for the Cross Country Track Team. He loved and excelled in many sports, and he worked for many years before becoming ill, traveling to stores doing retail inventories. His interests included his love of rock music, going to the Indy 500 and various sporting events, and testing everyone with his trivia knowledge. Rick was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Gloria. He is survived by his sisters, Sandy (CT), Carol (IN), Pam (FL); his nephew, Jared (wife Laura) (IN); as well as his many cousins.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022  at Eric M.D. Bell Funeral Home from 10 am until the time of the funeral service at 11 am.  Rick will be laid to rest immediately following the funeral service in Washington Park North Cemetery.
