Ronald D. Haggard

RONALD D. HAGGARD, age 73, of Pittsboro, Indiana passed away May 4, 2017.

Ron was born on September 10, 1943, in Dunnville, Kentucky to the late George Edward and Arlie Mae (Brown) Haggard.

Ron graduated from Pittsboro High School in 1961. He married Gerry L. (Whiteford) Haggard in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 25, 1964.

He was employed by Baldauf Trucking as a Truck Driver. He was a member of the Nehemiah Church. Ron loved to bowl and was on the Senior Bowling League at Western Bowl in Indianapolis. He was an avid baseball fan, especially of the St. Louis Cardinals. Ron also followed Jeff Gordon's racing career.

Survivors are his wife of 53 years, Gerry; Son, Rob Haggard; Daughters, Lisa Myers (Bill), Tina Haines; Sister, Brenda McKinney (John); 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation will be at David A. Hall Mortuary on Saturday, May 6 from 12 Noon to 2:30 p.m. The Service will follow at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor Ben Thomas officiating. Interment will be in K of P Cemetery following the Service.
