Sandra K. Leach

SANDRA K. LEACH, "SANDY", 71, passed away on February 27.

She was born in Indianapolis on February 11, 1945 the daughter of Henry C. and Clara M. (Cochran) Nichols. Her mother, Clara, preceded her in death on September 27, 2011.

She married Thomas P. Leach, "Tommy", on June 11, 1969 in Indianapolis where they resided until 1977. They built a home in the country where they raised their two children into adulthood.

Sandy touched the lives of many with her love and laughter, and her spirit will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Tommy; son, Kevin Leach (Lisa); daughter, Kelly Leach (Ann), her brother, Butch Nichols (Hannah); her father, Henry Nichols; seven Grandchildren; three Great Grandchildren; and many Nieces and Nephews.

Visitation will be on Saturday, March 12 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at David A. Hall Mortuary, Pittsboro.
