She retired from Standard Grocery Store and was a resident of Avon Health and Rehabilitation for over twenty years. Sylvia attended Fountain Square Christian Church and she was a beautiful lady inside and out. She was beloved by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, Sylvia was preceded in death by her husband, Lindell White; her brother, Hollis Bobbett; her sisters, Alma McGee, Loraine Vicous, and Mineon Wright; and her half-sister, Thelma Deel.
Sylvia is survived by her half-sister, Evelyn Deel; many nieces and nephews; as well as many great-nieces and great-nephews.
