Travis Dale Stonebraker, 50 of Pittsboro, Indiana, passed away on May 31, 2024, after a brief illness.  Travis was born on September 14, 1973, to Kenneth Dale and Linda Bowman Stonebraker and married Stacy Byers on May 27, 2000.  He was a resident of Pittsboro with his beloved wife and children, Lucas Tyler, Cali Noel, and Lanie McKenna.  He graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1993. He moved to Pittsboro in 2005 and was a long time employee of SDI Steel Dynamics for the last 18 years, most recently holding the position of Melt Cast Shop Supervisor.  Travis was a member of Connection Pointe Church in Brownsburg, Indiana.

Travis is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Dale Stonebraker, and his grandparents, as well as his brother-in-law, Kaleb Courtney Wharff.

He is survived by his wife, Stacy Byers; his son, Lucas Tyler Stonebraker; his daughters, Cali Noel and Lanie McKenna Stonebraker; his mother, Linda Bowman; his mother- and father-in-law, Phoebe and John Byers of Brownsburg, IN; his brothers-in-law, Matt (Tonja) Wharff of Fincastle, IN, Chris (Kesha) Wharff of Whitestown, IN, Aaron Wharff of Lafayette IN, and John (Leanne) Byers of Erie, PA,; his sisters-in-law, Megan Millikan of Noblesville, IN, Jodi Byers Mireles of Dallas, TX, Kim (Matt) O'Keefe of Cape Coral, FL, and Renee Wurtzbacher of Lafayette, IN; his cousins, Angie Bowman, Jeff Bowman, and Derrick (Melissa) Groumoutis, all of Crawfordsville, IN; as well as many nieces and nephews who he adored.

Friends and family will gather from 4 pm until 7 pm, Friday, June 7, 2024, in the Eric MD Bell Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 11 am, Saturday, June 8, 2024 in the Funeral Home, with Pastor Jim Littlejohn of Connection Pointe Church officiating. Travis will be laid to rest in the Lizton K of P Cemetery following the funeral service.

Travis's family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Youth Missions at Connection Pointe Christian Church of Brownsburg, Indiana.
