Wes Allen Morgan

Wesley Allen Morgan, 26 of Jamestown, IN, passed away peacefully, and went to be with the Lord, on October 31, 2018 with his loving mother at his side.

Wes was born September 27, 1992 in Indianapolis to Eric and Alice (Carey) Morgan.  He was a 2012  graduate of Tri-West High School and worked in the decorative tile field, although he would prefer to be remembered as a Professional Bass Fisherman. In addition to fishing, he greatly enjoyed motorcycles, Karaoke singing, and boating. Wes was an accomplished boxer and was the 2009 Golden Gloves Boxing Champion.

Wes is survived by his loving mother, Alice (husband Mike Baker) Morgan; fiancé, Kerri McDaniel; grandfather, Herbert Carey; brother, Eric Morgan, Jr.; aunts, Debbie (husband Mark) Walls, Kathy and Karen Morgan; uncle, Steve Morgan; cousins, Nicholas Walls, Summer Walls, Stevie Morgan, Carissa Morgan, Steve Morgan, and Kristen Morgan,.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eric Morgan, Sr., grandmothers, Skip Carey and Shirley Ann Morgan; and best friend, Brayton Wright.

Funeral Services will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, November 10, 2018 in the David A. Hall Mortuary, Pittsboro, where friends and family will gather from 10 am until the time of the Service.  He will be laid to rest in the Jamestown IOOF Cemetery.  Following the Burial in Jamestown Cemetery, a Celebration of Life reception will be held at the Lizton Lions Club.
