Willidine Luella Thompson

May 24, 1971 — October 4, 2022

Brownsburg, Indiana

Willidine Luella Thompson (Ms. Willi) of Brownsburg, Indiana, passed away on October 4th, 2022, at the age of 51. Willidine was born in Fulton, Indiana on May 24, 1971, to Nancy (Baird)Thompson.

The following is a tribute written by her loving family:

Willidine is survived by her mother and father, Nancy (Baird) and Johnny Thompson; her children, Matthew Thompson, Marcus Thompson, and Michael Thompson; her grandson, Joseph Riggle; her sister, Andrea Lahrman and her niece, Raven Serna and nephews Zane and Preston Lahrman.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Charles Baird.

Willi graduated from Caston in 1989 and got her bachelor's degree in psychology. She worked for Kirkland's and previously St. Joseph Hospital. On August 17th, 1989, September 24th, 1993,
and June 30th, 1995, she welcomed her three beautiful children, who were the most important part of her life, as well as her dog Zoey, who was also well known to be recognized as one of her
babies.

Willi was a devoted mother, daughter, and friend to everyone she came across. She enjoyed home décor, traveling, and helping people any way she could. Willi was a compassionate and selfless human above all else. She was a beautiful soul, always looking for the best in people and wanting nothing more than to help everyone she met reach their fullest potential and their happiest moments. She gave the best advice and always knew the right thing to say, and always had time to answer a question or solve a problem, no matter how big or how small. She was a true friend whom anyone could turn to when times were good or bad. She had the courage of the sun, to believe no matter the darkness around her, light ran wild within her, and that was the way she came alive, and it showed in everything she did. It’s rare to meet someone with such a beautiful heart. So for all who knew her, we thank her for
being exactly who she was. She showed us what it means to be constant and true, to brighten the days and warm the hearts of everyone we meet. She met every path of life with grace, unconditional love, and patience, being the maker and keeper of countless precious memories, and a person who was much loved and greatly admired. She will forever be deeply missed by her friends, family, and every life she came across.

Flowers, donations, and condolences may be offered to Ms. Willi's family at 163 Clear Branch Drive, Brownsburg IN
